Freedom in a Female Form: Exploring Women's Stories and Koans About the Body

Location: Red Cedar Dharma Hall, Bellingham, WA

Start: Friday, February 10, 2012, 7:30 pm
End: Sunday, February 12, 2012, 1:00 pm

This is a non-residential, non-sectarian, dana-based retreat opportunity for women to explore practice together as women. This year's retreat will focus on the body.

It will be led by Florence Caplow & Jean La Valley. Florence is an itinerant Soto Zen priest, vipassana practitioner, writer, and botanist. Jean  is a community dharma leader with the Bellingham Insight Meditation Society. Florence and Jean have shared the path as dharma sisters for 24 years.
