Seattle Soto Zen is a community of Zen practitioners dedicated to the Buddha way of cultivating wisdom, compassion and ethical conduct. We follow the forms of Soto Zen in the tradition of Suzuki Roshi and Katagiri Roshi with a spirit of warmth and inclusion. We gather in person every Sunday and online via Zoom for meditation on every morning and Tuesday evenings. All are welcome to join us, no matter one’s background or experience. Please join our mailing list for Zoom links and event updates.
